SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer AusPost Express (2–5 days) for $45, Toll Priority (1–3 days) for $75, and airport-to-airport shipping on request. Live fish shipping is a flat rate of $30 per transaction with no limit on quantity, and free shipping applies to orders over $200. We ship to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and ACT, while TAS, WA, and NT orders require prior contact. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and preferred dispatch dates can be arranged.

Once payment is received, orders are prepared and shipped with tracking provided. Delivery usually takes 1–4 days, though delays may occur. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as unattended deliveries are not covered. In case of DOA, notify us within 24 hours with photos of unopened bags for a fish-only refund. Customers must have proper tank setup and conditions ready before arrival, as fish become the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery and post-arrival issues are not covered.
