WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

In the unfortunate event of a DOA, please send us a photo of an unopened bag within 24 hours of receipt. A refund or replacement will be given for the fish (depending on your preferences), However, delivery costs are not refundable.


Please make arrangements to receive the package to ensure the fish are not stressed for any longer than necessary. Deaths resulting from leaving a package unattended for an extended period of time will not be refundable.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Shipment will normally be prepared on Monday to Wednesday to avoid delivery delays over the weekend. You will normally receive your shipment within 1-2 days. However, there may be delays due to the courier from the shipment company, or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your shipment has been handed over to the courier company.
