Shipping & Delivery

We offer reliable and safe shipping options to ensure your fish arrive healthy and stress-free. Choose from AusPost Express (2–5 business days) for $45, Toll Priority (1–3 business days) for $75, or airport-to-airport delivery (please contact us for a quote). Live fish shipping is charged at a flat rate of $30 per transaction, with no limit on quantity. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $200, with final costs calculated at checkout.

We currently ship to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and ACT. For TAS, WA, and NT, please contact us before placing your order. Once your order is paid, we begin preparation immediately and provide a tracking number once it is handed to the courier. Deliveries typically arrive within 1–4 days, although delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you may request a preferred shipping date at checkout.

Delivery Guidelines

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery, as unattended packages may cause stress or harm to the fish and are not covered under our policy. Pickup may also be arranged depending on availability.

In the rare case of Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact us within 24 hours with a clear photo of the unopened bag. We will provide a refund for the fish only (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Customer Responsibility

It is important to be fully prepared before your fish arrive. Ensure you have a cycled tank, proper water parameters, correct temperature, and suitable tank mates. The shipping process can be stressful for fish, so a slow and careful acclimation is essential.

Once the fish are delivered, they become the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover deaths or illnesses after arrival. We take pride in the quality of our fish and reserve the right to refuse service if proper care standards are not maintained.
