Shipping & Pick Up Policy

Live fish shipping is charged at a flat rate of $30 per order, with no limit on the number of fish per transaction. Free shipping is available for orders over $200. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We currently ship to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and ACT. Shipping to TAS, WA, and NT may be possible—please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you have a preferred shipping date, please let us know when placing your order.

Once payment has been received, we will begin preparing your order for shipment. A tracking number will be provided once the parcel has been handed over to the courier. Orders typically arrive within 1–4 days from the shipping date. Please note that delays may occur due to courier disruptions beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package upon delivery to minimize stress on the fish.

Local pick-up may be arranged, subject to availability.


Return & Exchange Policy

In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), please provide a clear photo of the unopened bag within 24 hours of delivery. A refund for the affected fish will be issued; however, shipping costs are not refundable.

Please ensure the package is received promptly. Any losses caused by parcels being left unattended for extended periods will not be eligible for refunds.

Customers must be fully prepared for the arrival of live fish, including having a cycled aquarium, appropriate water parameters, correct temperature, proper diet, and compatible tank mates. The shipping process can be stressful for fish, so a slow and gentle acclimation process is essential.

Once the fish are delivered and in the customer’s care, responsibility transfers to the buyer. Deaths or illnesses occurring after arrival are not covered under this policy.

We take pride in the care of our fish and reserve the right to decline future sales to customers who demonstrate negligence in fish care.
