SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping and Pick Up Policy

Shipping cost for live fish will cost $30 per transaction (there is no limit on the number of fishes). Free shipping will be provided for orders exceeding $200. Costs are calculated at the end of checkout.

 

We only ship to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and ACT. Unfortunately we do not ship to TAS, WA, or NT.

 

Shipping Costs are not refundable. Please let us know if you have any preferred ship out date. 

 

Once your order has been placed and paid, we will begin preparing the shipment. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the shipment has been consigned, i.e. in the hands of the courier company. Orders typically arrive within 1-4 days after the shipment date. However, delays might occur due to unexpected courier disruptions. Please make arrangements to receive the package to ensure the fish are not stressed for any longer than necessary.

Pick up can be arranged depending on availability.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the unfortunate event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), please send us a photo of an unopened bag within 24 hours of delivery. A refund will be given for the fish, however, delivery costs are not refundable.

 

Please make arrangements to receive the package to ensure the fish are not under stress for any longer than necessary. Deaths resulting from leaving a package unattended for an extended period of time will not be refundable.

Please ensure you are prepared for the fish before arrival (a cycled tank), having the right water parameters, temperature, food, compatible tankmates, etc. The delivery process is quite stressful for most fish, so please have a gentle, gradual acclimation procedure and take extra care to not induce unnecessary distress. Once the fish are under your care, they are your responsibility. Deaths/diseases after arrival are not covered under this policy. We care for our fish and reserve the right to not conduct future business with a customer if they are demonstrably negligent.
